This is a free download of some relaxation music that has been designed to help you relax and reduce stress. Listen to it every day for a week then as often as you can after that. Every time you listen it will become easier and easier to control your stress and increase your levels of relaxation.

A great time to listen to it would be when you are going to bed as it will also help you sleep better. Be patient and accept that your mind will wander, that's what minds do, just gently bring your attention back to the music and your body. It's often when we start to relax that we realise how much tension has been there!

You can also do a body scan at the same time, slowly and gently work from your toes to your head and relax your muscles bit by bit or just visualise some thing you are really grateful for or a happy memory from the past.
